Our first illumina HT-12 arrays have arrived and things have changed, 18
arrays per class, never had that before. I like the Korn permutation
test(as in BRBArrays tools) and have some R code for that I wrote for
that long ago  but I am wondering if there is another permutation based
method that is popular or  is of particular merit? Any suggestions?
