Dear Bioconductors,

I tried to get the quality control report generated by affyQCReport. But I
failed.

This is my code:

library(affy);

Tucson_Array <-ReadAffy();

library(affyQCReport);
QCReport(Tucson_Array, file="TucsonQC.pdf");

This is the error message:

        'x' contains missing values

duplicate row.names

How can I do for next step to deal with the missing value and duplicate
row.names?
