Hi,
I have been using the arrayQualityMetrics package and I have some problems.
In the example at site
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~audrey/QMexamples/MLL/QMreport.html I see that the
html files created have a Summary at the beginning, with indication of
possible outlier arrays, but in the html file that I have created that
Summary does not appear, is that normal? Are there some parameters supposed
to be set to visualize it?
