Hi Lauro, You need to update your lumi package. The latest released version is 1.5.0. (The latest developing version is 1.7.4.) Lots of updates have been added since version 1.2.0. Now, all the annotation information of mouse chips are included in the lumiMouseAll.db package, which can also be downloaded from Bioconductor.
