Hi,
I am at present working on matlab for my data mining related research problems on bioinformatics. Is Weka easy to learn or bioconductor is easy. 
I am working on gene regulatory networks, and whether the information on the network between genes is available in the literature which may help me to justify my results. I get the details of gene in gene Ontology, but what about the gene reations.
