Hi All,

We have a microarray experiment, in which there are 2 tissues (liver, blood)
samples taken from 6 subjects. I have used Limma to find the differentially
expressed genes between 2 tissues. If I want to include inter-individual
variation as a factor along with tissue, how can this be done with limma
design matrix? Is there any Bioconductor package to calculate inter-class
correlation coefficient?
