Is it possible to use the bioconductor install tools to install with package 
versions? 
 (i.e. the equivalent of 
 install.packages(c("list","of","packages"),installWithVers=TRUE)
or
 update.packages(ask=FALSE,installWithVers=TRUE)
 ? )
