Hi,
I am encountering an error when running makeTranscriptDbFromUCSC() that
was not occurring yesterday. I have tried on 2 separate computers/R
versions and get similar errors. Playing around, it seems like the
function works for other genomes but not for hg19, which is what I am
looking for. Any ideas on what is going wrong?
