Indeed, if I try
oligo:::getCelChipType("/home/bernd/g/huber/users/klaus/Data/TinaRowold/RawData/KrasAll/KR2_MJRS_(MoGene-2_0-st).CEL", TRUE)
I get
"MoGene-2_0-st-v1"
