[BioC] Gviz - Plot genes and data from - strand (3'-5') in 5'-3' direction

Hi,

I attached a PNG file to further clarify the problem. As Steve said, the only purpose of doing this
transformation is to generate uniformity for your figures. It's just easier to understand if only the
genomic data is plotted in the manner independently form the reading direction of the genes (and
data).
