[BioC] Pathway analysis for differentially expressed genes

Being new to Bioconductor, you might be best served if you examined functional enrichment of your genes first.   This will acquaint you with the virtues (and perils!) of enrichment analysis, and set the stage for a subsequent pathway analysis.

The BioC package "topGO" is a good place to start:
