[BioC] graphite package

Hi 

In this package, runTopologyGSAMulti function does not work. I get the message: 
Error: could not find function "runTopologyGSAMulti"

I am able to get the runTopologyGSA function to work properly.

I would be grateful if anyone can suggest a solution.
