[BioC] cyber-T error

When running cyber-T on a microarray analyzed with dChip, I received the 
following error:

An error occurred while running the algorithm.
Context: Executing the glue function
Error message: Error in optim(init, mix.obj, lower = low, upper = up, 
method = "L-BFGS-B",  :
   L-BFGS-B needs finite values of 'fn'

Is there anything I can do to avoid this error and complete the analysis 
with cyber-T ?
