[BioC] xps installation question

Dear Jack,

Sadly, currently xps does not work with Windows 7, and thus is not 
available from BioConductor as Windows binary.

Maybe, with some luck, xps will be available for Windows 7 for the 
upcoming release R 2.16 and BioC 2.12.
