Please be more precise in your question. Using the search functionality on the Bioconductor website I pointed you to offline already gives some - I believe - interesting results; see http://www.bioconductor.org/help/search/index.html?q=oryza
As to the output of sessionInfo(), please run the sessionInfo command in your R session. The output will look something like:
