[BioC] plotpfm has been removed in PWMEnrich?

Dear Fabrice,

You can plot the PFM in PWMEnrich by converting it to PWM:

plot(PFMtoPWM(pfm_matrix))

Unfortunately the old function was deprecated. Sorry if it broke your code!
