[BioC] Granges: range (gr) does not function

Hi Hermann,

You are mixing ranges() and range().

range() returns a range that spans the min/max of all arguments. 
ranges() on a GRanges will give you the IRanges.

?'range,GenomicRanges-method'
?'ranges,GRanges-method'
