[BioC] SVA: problem loading on Windows

You seem to have a problem with the Matrix package and the mgcv
package.  Both of these ship with R, so I would guess this is
indicative of a (big) problem with your R installation - you seem to
be mixing packages from slightly different versions of R.  You could
try re-installing your packages.  This really has nothing to do with
sva.
