[BioC] edgeR warnings and then error

Hi John,

You need to pull from the release repository:

svn co 
https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_2_11/madman/Rpacks/edgeR 


cat edgeR/DESCRIPTION
Package: edgeR
Version: 3.0.4
Date: 2012/11/13

Not sure if the readonly/readonly will work for that, however. If not, 
Gordon has incremented the version, so it will get pushed through the 
build system soon, and should be available via biocLite().
