[BioC] GCRMA computing affinities error length(prlen) == 1

Hello,

I do have exactly the same error and indeed I have probes with length 23 and one with length 21.
How can I exclude or remove these probes?

The array I'm using is: hugene10stv1probe / hugene10stv1cdf
