[BioC] how to deal with fasta "line is too long"

Please follow the suggestions in the posting guide.  You seem to be
asking about an error that you received, but you do not provide code,
the error itself, the output of traceback() if applicable, and your
sessionInfo().  Without relevant information, it is impossible to
provide you an answer.
