[BioC] RdbiPgSQL regex escape

Hi, Havard.

It will be very helpful for you to provide a reproducible example (cut
and paste), the error message or output, and the expected output as
well as the output of sessionInfo().  I do not think there is a
limitation for regex queries, but getting the syntax correct may be a
bit challenging.
