[BioC] DESeq version package '/Users/andreiafonseca/Documents/R_Bioconductor_RNAseq/DESeq_1.5.17.tar.gz' is not available (for R version 2.13.0)

Dear Andreia,

I think that is probably because it wants the Development version of R 
as well (2.14, I assume), as the estimateDispersion function was also in 
the development version of the DESeq package.
I might be wrong, but I think that the reason.
