[BioC] snp anotation

Dear list,

I am looking for annotation for snps. I want to know how far are a
given snp from splice sites, is there sequence conservation at SNP
site or at an alternatively spliced exon,  are splice isoforms
yielding protein products? For a given snp, whether does this snp sit
on splice enhancers or not?

Does anyone have some suggestion?
