[BioC] Bioconductor Developer Meeting - Heidelberg 17./18. Nov 2010

Bioconductor developers and those would like to become,

mark your calendars:

a two-day developer workshop will take place on 17./18. Nov at EMBL in 
Heidelberg, Germany.

The workshop will cover current developments in the project, especially 
those related to "next gen" sequencing data analysis and statistics, 
genome annotation data structures and visualisation, genomic variation, 
hierarchical and distributed storage models. There will also be 
discussion of other fields, such as imaging-based data.

A formal call & registration information will be announced in early summer.

The timing of the workshop allows participants to also attend the EMBO 
Conference "From Functional Genomics to Systems Biology", which we 
expect will offer a broad and stimulating cross-section of biology:
