Hello,
2 remarks:
1. Your current problem is that you CREATED the package, but did NOT install the package. Please read the R-admin guido on how to do this.
2. The Affymetrix CDF for hugene is NOT officially supported. It is not recommended to use it.
Please read this: https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioc-devel/2007-October/001403.html
Alternatively, you can use the MBNI Custom CDFs. My contribution on the custom CDFs is available via: http://nugo-r.bioinformatics.nl/NuGO_R.html
