Hi Luqin,
There are presently two different revisions of that chip. The 3rd
revision has a cdf on our website and can be found here:
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/mogene10stv1.r3cdf.html
But in case that is not the version that you need, you can also simply
"make" a cdf package by going to the Affymetrix website, getting the cdf
file and then using James MacDonalds makecdfenv package. You can also
find information about that here:
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/makecdfenv.html
And since you mentioned that you are a student, I recommend that you
used biocLite() to ensure the versions of the packages you get match
with your version of R. You can learn more about that here:
