[BioC] BioC 2.6 New Package Submission Deadline - 3/31/10

To all current and future BioC package authors,

The deadline for a new BioC package submission for the upcoming BioC 2.6 Spring release is March 31, 2010. If you have a package that will not be ready by the March 31, 2010 deadline, you need not worry as we will be starting up a BioC 2.7 development branch.
