Not that the following is guaranteed to be robust to affy file movement, but
rsrc <- NetAffxResource("your at username", "password")
anno <- affxFile(rsrc[["HuEx-1_0-st-v2",
"Probeset Annotations, CSV Format"]])
csv <- readAnnotation(rsrc, annotation=anno)
