[BioC] Rgraphviz

Hi Janet --

For Linux, make sure that the 'devel' version of graphviz is installed.
Do this using your distributions' package manager.

For windows. follow exactly the instructions in the 'README' file
located in


http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/bioc/src/contrib/Rgraphviz_1.26.0.tar.gz
