[BioC] About the AMS value in MEDME.

Hi pelizzola,
The AMS value get from MEDMEset object is from 1 to 32. I know this is
because set MEDMEextremes = c(1, 32). These extremes is set to avoid
to predict infinite absolute methylation score.
But when look at the distribution of ams value, most of value is 1 to
10. How to compare the partly methylated status? I also want to
compare it with our pyrosequence data, the value of pyrosequence data
is given 1 to 100 percent. it is not compareable.
