[BioC] How to do GO enrichment analysis with GOstats while the gene set with no p values of gene difference expression

Hi everyone.
If I have the predicted target genes of miRNAs with no P values of
difference expression, could I do the functional enrichment analysis of
these target genes with your developed GOstats (R package)? Some say it
could not do that but I found some do it.
Here are scripts that someone used to do the functional enrichment analysis
of a gene list with no P values of difference expression (

But I get the different result from DAVID. Please see it in the attachment
file or please download from

Could tell me what make the difference? And could you tell me how to select
the value of categorySize?
