[BioC] workshops?

I am planning to do a course in the Philly area, precisely for the
reasons you mention, perhaps in December, but I have not worked out
venue or curriculum yet.  Parties interested in fleshing this out
should contact me off-list and an announcement will be made when plans
firm up.
