[BioC] internal error in package Rgraphviz: "cdt.dll not found"

Hi Fatima
You are using a really old version of R, so we cannot help you with
that.
When you install packages under Windows, all it does is download a zip
file and extracting it (more or less), so the fact that youa re able
to install the package does not mean much.
You will need to install Graphviz on your computer, specifically
version 2.20.3 (and not a later one). There are instructions in the
README file in the top level directory of the the source tarball.
We are aware that this is not the most obvious place to look and it is
on the to do list. Please also see ton's of emails with similar
problems.
