[BioC] Error in normalize.quantiles.robust

Hi David,

Note that the colClasses argument really wants a vector, and includes 
the column names as well (see ?read.table). So you want something like

colClasses = rep(c("character", "numeric"), c(1, 5))

Where the c(1,5) needs to be adjusted for the number of numeric columns 
in your original table.
