[BioC] spottype file for 2-color array

Hi Michael,

Try section 4.8 "The Spot Types File" in the limma userguide.pdf in the 
library/limma/doc subdirectory of your R installation.

Here is an example I have used:

SpotType	ID	Name	Color
Gene	*	*	black
QC	*	QC*	orange
Control	*	Cntrl*	brown
Empty	*	empty	purple
NegCtrl	*	NC*	pink

which shows my Controls, whose ID begins with Cntrl, as brown etc.
