Hi Alessandro,

besides hclust you may also look at the package pvclust 
(www.is.titech.ac.jp/~shimo/prog/pvclust/   and  
cran.r-project.org/doc/packages/pvclust.pdf).
Just note that the bootstrap calculations take a lot of time !
