[BioC] Having two parallel versions of BioC

Bioc-devel is only meant to run on R-devel.  So, I would suggest
installing two versions of R.  On windows, I think these two versions
can coexist and the user can choose from the Program menu (but I could
be wrong on this).  On linux/unix, you can simply create a symbolic link
called Rdev (or something like that) to the executable for R-devel and
the one for R to the executable for R-2.5.1, for example.  Then, when a
user starts up her chosen version of R, the appropriate bioc package
versions will be in use.
