[BioC] merge MALists

Hello,

I want to merge 2 MALists (MA1 and MA2) by ID in the genes component 
(MA2$genes$ID). I followed the example from help, however, the result of 
>merge(MA2, MA1)
give me the same result as MA2 with the same Block/Row/Column....
