[BioC] Illumina annotation packages

Hello Asta,
I have made Illumina annotation packages based on probe IDs. They are
not a part of Bioconductor but I can send them to you if you can receive
large emails. I may also be able to set up a temporary ftp site. Let
me know if you are interested.
