[BioC] bioconductor installation problem

Hi all,

the problem is fixed.

It was a problem of download method with my freshly compiled R (2.6.0)

After setting up the download method to "wget" I was able to use the 
install.package to download and install BioC:

options("download.file.method"="wget")
