Hi, I got an error in annaffy function that I use a lot. I installed R 2.5 and all BioC package but still got the same error anntable <- aafTableAnn(probesids, "hgu133a2", anncols) Warning message: This environment never contains any data, and will be removed in the next release. Any Idea about what is going on ??
