Aashish,
I'd suggest: try the devel-version of oligo.
*but*, that will require you to build R-2.6.0 for Windows and, also,
wait until we fix the problem with the path for the pd.mapping packages.
As I work-around, you might want to try to increase your swap... (not
sure how windows deals with that).
