[BioC] exonmap questions

Dear list,

I am trying to use exonmap to analyze an Affy exon array data. I am 
wondering if there is a detailed instruction available which can help me to 
start the process (e.g. MySQL installation and setting up connection of the 
database with exonmap)? Another question I have is if I can install MySQL 
onto my desktop (32-bit machine) to work with exonmap or I have to install 
the database onto a 64-bit machine?

I appreciate any help you could provide!
