Yes, quite likely to have a mistake in it as I am changing it a lot at
the moment experimenting with approaches. Thanks for pointing this out.

I'm afraid I have no comments to make about your design, but I noticed 
this and I wondered if you have an error in your targets file:

for slide 600 the "time" says t1, but there's a t4 on the Cy3 sample
name...

just wondering.
