[BioC] Limma - plotMA3by2 & imageplot3by2 - as -pdf?

Hi Jakob,
You'll have to alter the code yourself. I know that QCReport() from the
affyQCReport package outputs a multi-page pdf file, so I would use that as
a guide. This is my method for writing R code - find another function that
does what I want, and then borrow the example :)
