[BioC] error coercing an exprSet to ExpressionSet

Victory!  That justRMA doesn't give proper row names to se.exprs is a
bug.  We'll fix it.

Yes, the plan is that in the next release all functions that currently
produce exprSets will instead produce ExpressionSet objects.
