[BioC] cannot find CompStatViz package

Dear Diego,

I have put the source version of the package here
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~huber/pub/CompStatViz_2.0.1.tar.gz
and will get in contact with the people in Seattle to put the package up 
  in the Compendium section of http://www.bioconductor.org/pub hopefully 
soon.
