[BioC] johnson.all.pairs.sp (RBGL) causes R to hang with certain graphs

Please try updating to the current release of RBGL, version 1.8.1
available here:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/bioc/html/RBGL.html

If you see the same behavior, then a reproducible case would be most
welcome.
