[BioC] installation problem / CRAN.packages deprecatedwarningmessage

  I have tried it with both 2.2.0 and 2.2.1 (on WinXP). Have been able
to fix the problem by downloading manually all the necessary packs
(ZIPped) and installing them through --> 'Install from Local ZIP files'.
